These terms govern your use of natkal.ai and products provided by Natkal US LLC ("Natkal", "we"), including Quorum. By using them you agree to these terms.
Not investment advice
Quorum provides research and analytical tooling. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, does not execute trades and does not manage assets. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Model outputs and past performance do not guarantee future results.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorisation, reverse engineer them, or use them to break the law.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Intellectual property
The services and their content belong to Natkal or its licensors. You keep ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the services for you.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Natkal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for investment losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
