Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If a charge was made in error, or the service did not work as described, email info@natkal.ai with your account email and the date of the charge. We review each request and reply within a reasonable time. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly.
