Natkal · US LLC

The AI that shows its work.

Natkal is an applied-AI company. We build decision systems that ground every call in primary-source evidence, argue it from every side, and run unattended. Our first product line, Quorum, is live — with two more in development.

Approach

One conviction, across every product line: AI should show its work.

Most AI tools hand you an answer and hide the reasoning. We build the opposite — systems whose every decision is backed by primary-source evidence, recorded dissent, and an audit trail you can follow to the original quote. The method generalizes across domains; investing is where we shipped it first.

01

Debate, don't dictate

Role-typed AI seats argue opposing cases across multiple rounds; a separate adjudicator weighs the debate. We act only on the thesis that survives, and the losing case is logged, not deleted.

02

Evidence, not vibes

Conclusions carry verbatim quotes from primary sources and a recorded dissent log. A recursive reading model reads full SEC filings line by line, with verification against fabrication.

03

Runs on its own

Systems run on their own schedule and refresh continuously, so the analysis is ready and waiting before you log in — no prompting, no babysitting.

Product lines

Three AI frontiers. One accountable engine.

Quorum is live and shipping. Two further AI product lines are in development.

Quorum

An 11-seat AI investment council. Two councils debate what you hold and what you're watching — grounded in SEC filings — shipping every verdict with its evidence and the dissent it had to beat.

Live

Quorum — an 11-seat AI investment council

For long-horizon investors. Eleven role-typed AI seats — ten debating seats across two councils plus a Synthesizer — argue what you hold and what you're watching, grounded in SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q read line by line) and live fundamentals, then deliver verdicts you can audit down to the source quote.

  • ▸Portfolio Council — 6 seats. Bull, Skeptic, Bear, Pragmatist, Cartographer (reads the filings), and a Quant adjudicator debate every position you own → ENTER / HOLD / TRIM / SELL with evidence and a dissent log.
  • ▸Watchlist Council — 4 seats + Synthesizer. Entry Strategist, Catalyst Hunter, Devil's Advocate, and Filing Analyst argue entry candidates; a Synthesizer emits a weighted bet with exit targets across three risk profiles.
  • ▸Profile-aware. Your risk tolerance decides which verdict leads; the others stay visible for comparison.
